Offered in the comfort of your home, vacation rental or airbnb.
Massage offerings range from swedish, sports, deep tissue, myofascial, passive stretching, trigger point, thai, basic craniosacral and intuitive work to support your individual needs. Aromatherapy and other tools are utilized to support your treatment. Your massage will be tailored toward your needs.
Prenatal mothers are welcome.

The goal of my therapy is to help your body unwind in every way, be it physical, mental, or emotional. Through questions and physical assessment we can find the root of why your body holds discomfort and pain. Combining my background in bodywork, yoga and kinesiology I work on returning your body to its natural alignment. I am also happy to share ways you can care for yourself so you can continue to move with ease.
After starting my practice in 2000 in Massachusetts, I practiced for years in the mountains of Lake Tahoe and on a little island of Nicaragua. I've worked alongside physical therapists and chiropractors continuously helping and learning ways to help others.
